Brandon Bay is a software developer with more than 25 years of experience. After years building health and senior-care technology at Welbi and Fullscript, he now builds Inroad, campaign software for grassroots teams. Outside work, he leads civic engagement for the Riverside South Community Association, led Make Housing Affordable from 2023 to 2025, and was the Ontario Liberal candidate in Carleton in 2025.
Brandon grew up in Bancroft and has happily called Ottawa home since 2006. He lives in Riverside South with his wife, Rachel, and their son, Simon.
As a father, he is focused on the future he will help build for his children. A future where everyone can access and afford healthcare, housing, education, and a good life.
